Overview
In 2024 Magnitude built two blocks of junior staff quarters for the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps at Gwoza, in Borno State. The project was Lot 4 of UNDP's works in the area.
The works
The scope was the construction of two blocks of junior staff quarters, delivered under UNDP's General Conditions for Civil Works.
Our role
Magnitude was the sub-contractor under a contract held by UNDP and handled the works in accordance with the terms of the original contract award.
